Our mobile and desktop applications are used for productivity and are not incorporated into a service offering. As a non-service software solution, content created with our applications is stored on your personal device and is in no way accessible to Huntington Phoenix.
In the event that customer service is required, we only collect information you directly provide to us via email; we collect the minimum amount of information to provide support and upon completion all personally identifiable information is destroyed; An unintentional record of your data, may persist in our backup systems, due to sweeping system backups. There is no intent to backup your information, but in such circumstances the information is aged out as part of our ongoing backup procedures. We never sell any information we collect to third parties; and only use the data as this Privacy Statement describes.
To assist in our marketing campaigns we use the “Custom Audience pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
